The Tax Collection Department, under the supervision of the Tax Collector, chosen by ballot vote at Town Meeting for a three-year term, shall perform the following functions:
A. 
Mail out tax notices.
B. 
Collect all accounts due the Town, including taxes, rentals, licenses and fees, unless otherwise provided for in this Administrative Code, state law or ordinances.
C. 
Maintain proper records pertaining to the collection functions.
D. 
Turn over daily to the Treasurer, record and account for all monies to the date received.
E. 
Collect permit fees for the registration of motor vehicles required to be paid under the provisions of RSA 260:27, and amendments thereto.
F. 
Perform all other related functions.
