The composition, terms of office, vacancies, functions and duties
of the Library Board of Trustees shall be as provided by RSA 202A.
The Library Board of Trustees shall submit its proposed budget
for the next fiscal year to the Town Manager in accordance with RSA
37:6, and such proposed budget shall recommend a sum of money sufficient
to provide and maintain adequate public library services within the
Town of Raymond.
Selectmen shall fill vacancies among publicly elected members
of any Board of Library Trustees until the next annual meeting (RSA
202-A:10).
