A. 
All new dwellings or structures hereafter constructed shall provide, prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, for landscaping with proper slope, minimum of 2% per foot, of outside finished grading away from the building or structure on all sides, and include construction of proper drainage swales where other improved properties adjoin either the sides or rear of such building or structure, contiguous to such improved properties.
No building permit shall be issued unless the proposed building or other structure complies with all provisions of this chapter and will all provisions of the Township Land Use Ordinance.

A zoning permit is required prior to the commencement of a use or the erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, conversion or installation of a structure or building which acknowledges that the use, building or structure complies with the provisions of the Township Land Use Ordinance.
