A.
The New York State Agriculture and Markets Law requires a thirty-day
period to accept landowner requests for inclusion in an agricultural
district.
B.
The Albany County Agriculture and Farmland Protection Board has requested
the Albany County Legislature to designate the beginning of the annual
thirty-day period for accepting landowner requests for inclusion in
an agricultural district as April 1 for the year 2004, and for subsequent
years, February 1.
