Borough of Churchill, PA Chapter 5 Auditors, Independent

§ 5-1 Change from elected auditors; functions.

The Borough of Churchill Council hereby elects to change from elected auditors to independent appointed auditors from the date of this chapter until such time as further action may be taken. The independent auditors shall perform all functions required by the Borough Code in the manner and method as prescribed by the borough and in the various proposals and criteria set forth and as advertised by the borough.
