Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Art. I, Tax Collector, adopted 2-13-2017 by Ord. No. 735, and provided an effective date of 2-1-2021.
A. 
For collecting Churchill Borough real estate taxes, the Tax Collector (whether elected or appointed pursuant to Pennsylvania law) shall be paid a salary of $10 per annum.
B. 
In addition to the salary provided for herein, the Borough shall bear the cost of the actual printing and postage expenses incurred in the Tax Collector's performance of his or her duties for the Borough and any other expenses which the Borough is required by law to pay.

The annual compensation of members of the Council of the Borough of Churchill is hereby increased and shall be set at $1,875. This increase shall not take effect after the election or appointment of each member of the Council and shall only become effective upon the expiration of their elected or appointed terms of office.
The annual compensation of members of the Mayor of the Borough of Churchill is hereby increased and shall be set at $2,500. This increase shall not take effect after the election or appointment of the Mayor and shall only become effective upon the expiration of the elected or appointed term of office.
