No bicycle shall be run or operated on any sidewalk within the said Borough of Morrisville.

No person shall operate a bicycle upon any of the streets or alleys of the Borough unless such bicycle shall be equipped with a bell or horn capable of being heard from a distance of at least 50 feet and, if operated after darkness, equipped with a front light and rear reflector.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof before a District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine of $5 and costs of prosecution, or to imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than three days.
