Any person requesting a variance or aggrieved by a decision of the Code
Enforcement Officer may utilize the appeal procedure set forth in the applicable
ordinance or code under which a decision has been rendered by the Code Enforcement
Officer.
It is the purpose and intent of this chapter to vest in the Code Enforcement
Officer the power and duty to administer the ordinances as specified herein
and each of the following ordinances are hereby partially amended so that
any and all references which relate to the individual responsible for administration
and enforcement shall now hereafter refer to the Code Enforcement Officer
as the individual responsible for administration and enforcement:
A. Zoning Ordinance, Ord. No. 230, as amended.
B. Building Code Ordinance, Ord. No. 6, as amended.
C. Sidewalk Ordinance, Ord. No. 204, as amended.
D. Driveway Ordinance, Ord. No. 179, as amended.
E. Swimming Pool Ordinance, Ord. No. 158, as amended.
