§ 98-1 Designation.

An excessive speed preventer, commonly known as "E.S.P." is a speed-timing device authorized by 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3368.

§ 98-2 Authorization of use.

Pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 6109(c), the use of an excessive speed preventer by the West Conshohocken Police Department is hereby authorized.

§ 98-3 Compliance with statute.

Prior to using said device and thereafter, the West Conshohocken Police Department shall comply with the requirements set forth in 75 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 6109 and 3368.
