No person shall trespass on any public, private or semiprivate property
or beach in the Town of Hamburg.
No person shall intrude upon any lot or piece of land, or erect, place
or occupy any structure within the boundary of the town without authority
from the owner thereof.
No person shall intrude on, or place, erect or occupy any structure
within the bounds of any street, avenue or roadway of the town without lawful
authority.
