[In accordance with MGL C. 262, § 34, a new fee schedule for the Town Clerk's office was adopted 4-27-1991 ATM by Art. 29. Said schedule is on file in the Town Clerk's office. By enactment of the 10-20-1997 Annual Town Meeting, Art. 14, all fees collected by the Town Clerk's office, including those for recording and issuing vital records, accepting UCC and business certificate filings, issuance of local licenses and issuance of fishing, hunting and dog licenses, shall, upon receipt, be paid into the Town Treasury.]
