[Adopted 9-23-1976 as Sec.
19-31 of the Charter and Revised Ordinance]
There shall be a curfew on the area known and designated as the "Derby
Green" and the sidewalks adjacent thereto from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. every
day, and no person shall be allowed on such premises within such time period.
This section shall not apply to public events held in such area for
which permission has been granted by the Board of Aldermen.
