It shall be the duty of each Captain to hold at least 20 fire
drills each year for his/her respective fire company.
In the absence of a Chief of the Department at a fire, the Captain
in whose district the fire occurs shall have full power and control
and command of all Fire Department apparatus and deployment of Fire
Department personnel. At all fires the Captain shall wear a black
helmet and standard Department-issued equipment.
The Captain or officer in charge of an alarm or drill shall,
upon return to the firehouse, notify the Borough Water Department
of the location of the fire hydrants used.
