§ 94-4 SMA Blood Screening Program.

In the event that the Department of Health and Human Services contracts with a vendor who will accept payment directly from the participant in the program, then the participant shall pay directly to the vendor the payment due and then the Borough shall not collect payment of the same. In the event the vendor does not accept direct payment, then the participant shall pay the Borough whatever the cost charged by the vendor to provide this service.

§ 94-5 PSA Screening Program.
