Notwithstanding any ordinance to the contrary,
a fee for the service provided by the Department of Health shall be
the actual cost of the service plus 15% of that amount to cover overhead
and administrative costs.
A.Â
On or before January 10 of each calendar year, the
Health Officer shall certify to the Borough Manager the actual cost
of the specific service to be provided.
B.Â
On or before January 10 of each calendar year, the
Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer shall certify to the Borough Manager
the overhead/administrative cost for each service to be rendered.
The Borough Manager shall cause to be published
a schedule of fees setting forth the actual cost of the service aforesaid,
with the addition of 15% aforesaid which shall equal the total amount
to be charged by the Borough for the service rendered for that year.
The total amount (cost plus overhead) shall be set forth in the schedule
of fees.
