Minimum lot area per unit: 660 square feet. This requirement
shall apply only to residential uses or the residential portion of
a mixed-use development.
Maximum building height: six stories/70 feet. However,
the maximum permitted building height shall be five stories/60 feet
within 50 feet of the right-of-way line of Bigler Street or Federspiel
Street.
Maximum floor area ratio: 1.5. This requirement shall
apply only to floor area occupied by nonresidential uses but shall
not apply to enclosed parking areas.
