[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the Village of East Rochester 2-9-1983 by L.L. No. 2-1983 as

A Police Department shall be established in
the Village of East Rochester, pursuant to the provisions of Article
8, § 8-800 of the Village Law, commencing May 7, 1951. A
copy of this chapter shall be forwarded to the Civil Service Commission
of the County of Monroe for whatever action it may deem appropriate.
