The Board of Trustees of the Town/Village of
East Rochester may publish or cause to be published in any newspaper,
newsletter, periodical, handbill, advertiser or shopping newspaper
of general circulation, whether or not said publication has been designated
an official publication or newspaper, the minutes of regular or special
meetings, notices, digests or summaries of Town/Village Board of Trustees
minutes, announcements or any other information that the Board of
Trustees chooses to publish.
