The Chief of Police of the Town of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire Police Department is hereby authorized to act pursuant to the provisions of RSA 106-C, as inserted by Laws 1967, Ch. 431, as now enacted and as may be amended, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing is hereby:
A. 
Authorized to extend assistance in time of emergency to any county or municipality in the state in accordance with the provisions of RSA 106-C, as inserted by Laws 1967, Ch. 431.
B. 
Constituted the duly authorized representative of the Police Department for the purpose of making claims under Section 5 of said chapter.[1]

The Chief of Police may in his discretion donate said services to said county or municipality in accordance with the provisions of Section 8 of said chapter[1] and is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with counties and municipalities within the state concerning the methods by which emergency police assistance will be rendered.
