Town of Wolfeboro, NH Article II Title

§ 173-3 Title; supersession of prior regulations.

These regulations shall be known and cited as the "Site Plan Review Regulations of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire," and supersede the Site Plan Regulations, Town of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire,[1] as amended prior hereto, and such prior regulations are hereby rescinded.

[1] Editor's Note: Former Ch. 172, Multifamily Site Plan Review, was adopted 5-1-1984; and former Ch. 173, Nonresidential Site Plan Review, was adopted 11-1983, as amended through 9-10-1991.
