Where specific development requirements are
addressed in this article, they shall supersede any other Town regulation.
Where specific development requirements are not addressed in this
article, the most stringent of any other Town regulation shall apply.
Affordable nonprofit workforce housing shall also comply with the
then current requirements established by the US Department of Housing
and Urban Development.
Affordable nonprofit housing for the elderly
and affordable nonprofit workforce housing are permitted by special
exception in the following districts:
A. Village Residential and Residential (VR and R);
[Amended 3-10-2009 ATM by Art. 9]
B. Commercial 2 Greater Downtown Area (C2 GDA).
All dimensional requirements of the individual
district shall apply.
