The officer in charge, or in his absence the
member designated in charge, shall cause to be entered upon the house
journal a full account of the company's daily activities as follows:
the day and date, the company number, the apparatus number, the members
present or absent, the man on desk duty, any men on special detail,
and, under remarks, all other company activities such as apparatus
in reserve, alarms answered, signals received, testing of motors,
shifting of hose, the oil and gasoline used and all other miscellaneous
records of what the company does.
