within the boundaries of the Township of Hanover is hereby expressly
prohibited.
This chapter shall not apply to landings or

fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the Judge. The owner of
any property within the Township of Hanover who shall knowingly permit
a violation of this chapter shall likewise be subject to prosecution
hereunder and the penalties prescribed in this section. Each takeoff
