No person or persons shall utilize the tennis
courts located at Black Brook Park, Malapardis Park and Monroe Hall
in the Township of Hanover unless a permit has first been obtained
and is displayed at all times while said persons are on said tennis
courts. Permits shall expire on December 31 of each year.

The annual fee to be paid on a calendar-year basis for the permit to utilize the tennis courts at Black Brook Park, Malapardis Park and Monroe Hall shall be as provided in Chapter
125, Fees, of the Code of the Township of Hanover.
For the purposes of this chapter, the following
terms shall have the meanings indicated:
RESIDENT
A person whose principal place of residence is located within
the Township of Hanover.
All persons desiring to obtain a permit under
the terms of this chapter shall complete an application form as prescribed
by the Township Board of Recreation Commissioners and shall submit
the application and required fee to the Township Clerk. In the event
that one submits incorrect information on an application, the Township
shall not be required to issue a permit.
All persons obtaining permits and seeking to
utilize the tennis courts shall comply with the rules and regulations
issued by the Township Board of Recreation Commissioners. Failure
to comply with said rules and regulations may result in the revocation
of a person's permit.
No permit issued under this chapter shall be
transferred or assigned or used by any person other than the one to
whom it is issued.
For purposes of enforcement, the Hanover Township
Police Department and the employees of the Hanover Township Board
of Recreation Commissioners are appointed enforcement officers under
the terms of this chapter.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
this chapter shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to
imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both, and revocation
of a permit issued under the chapter. Each incident of noncompliance
with the terms of this chapter shall be deemed a separate violation.
