There is hereby created the position of Assessing
Aide for the Township of Little Egg Harbor.
A.
Under direction, with no supervision of his own, the
Assessing Aide shall work primarily in the field, make physical inspections
of properties, and buildings taking information to be of use to the
Assessor. The Assessing Aide shall perform other related work as required.
B.
In order to be appointed to the position of Assessing
Aide, an individual shall possess the following:
(1)
One year of experience in the field investigations
which shall have included the gathering of significant data and compiling
of data into meaningful reports.
(2)
A driver's license valid in New Jersey, only if the
operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary
to perform the essential duties of the position.
