There is hereby created the position of Building
Maintenance Worker for the Township of Little Egg Harbor.
A.
Under the direction of a supervisory official, the
Building Maintenance Worker shall perform varied, simple and moderately
physically strenuous tasks involved in cleaning and maintaining offices,
furniture, buildings, and grounds. The Building Maintenance Worker
may also assist in making minor repairs to buildings or equipment.
The Building Maintenance Worker shall also perform other related work
as required.
B.
The Building Maintenance Worker will be required to
possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey, only if the operation
of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform
essential duties of the position.
