The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, or any other New Jersey statute, or as hereinafter provided.
A. 
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 323-33), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B. 
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle for the times specified in Schedule II (§ 323-34) on any day, except Sundays and public holidays, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II attached hereto and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule III (§ 323-35) of any day, except Sundays and public holidays, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule III attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A. 
Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following phrases and words shall have the meanings indicated:
ELECTRIC VEHICLE
Any vehicle that is licensed and registered for operation on public and private highways, roads, and streets; and operates either partially or exclusively using an electric motor powered by an externally charged on-board battery.

B. 
Public parking spaces for charging of electric vehicles. The Township may designate parking spaces for use as electric vehicle charging stations. Use of said charging station spaces shall be limited and restricted as follows:
(1) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave standing a vehicle in a stall or space in the designated space unless the vehicle is an electric vehicle and is connected for electric charging purposes;
(2) 
Nonelectric vehicles are prohibited from parking in charging station spaces; and
(3) 
Electric vehicles are authorized to park in spaces designated as charging station spaces only during the time the vehicles are connected for electric charging purposes. When the vehicle is no longer charging, the owner or operator of said vehicle shall be required to remove the vehicle from the charging station space.
C. 
Charging station fees. The fee to use parking spaces within the Township identified as charging station spaces for when the electric vehicle is connected to the charging station shall be $1.75 per hour.
D. 
Designation of public spaces. The following locations shall be designated as charging station spaces:
(1) 
Designated parking spaces at the Municipal Complex, on either side of the charging station.
A. 
The operator/owner of a vehicle shall not stop, stand, or park the vehicle in a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway headed in the direction of traffic, on the right-hand side of the road and with the curbside of the vehicle within six inches of the edge of the roadway, except as follows:
(1) 
Upon those streets which have been designated by ordinance and have been marked or signed for angle parking, vehicles shall be parked at the angle to the curb designated and indicated by the ordinance and marks or signs.
(2) 
Upon one-way streets, the Township Committee may permit parking of vehicles parallel with the left-hand edge of the roadway headed in the direction of traffic, on the left-hand side of the road and with the curbside of the vehicle within six inches of the edge of the roadway.
B. 
Every person convicted of violation of Subsection A shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 323-4 of this chapter.
A. 
No person shall at any time park a vehicle, or in any other manner obstruct any driveway or other area that has been designated as hereinabove provided as a "Fire Zone," as designated by the fire subcode official or other appropriate individual.
B. 
The Board of Fire Commissioners is authorized to regulate, restrict and prohibit the parking and operation of motor vehicles in and near such fire areas and to impose other reasonable regulations necessary to insure that such areas are free from obstruction.
C. 
The Board of Fire Commissioners of each fire district, the Code Enforcement Officer and the Police Department of the Township of Little Egg Harbor shall have concurrent jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this section.
D. 
Any violation of the provisions of this section shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both.
E. 
Notwithstanding the penalties hereinabove provided for violations of this section, the municipality shall be entitled to pursue any other remedy available at law or equity to enforce the provisions hereof.

Trailers are prohibited from parking on municipal streets and roadways. Trailers may be excepted from this prohibition if temporarily parked (no longer than eight consecutive hours) while being utilized for active work at a property, including but not limited to construction and landscaping, or as part of an emergency response. Trailers shall include, but not be limited to, boat trailers, travel trailers, utility trailers, car trailers, low boys, and flat beds.
