Each company shall have a Secretary, who shall
be elected by ballot at the annual meeting of the company in each
and every year.

It shall be the duty of the Secretary of each
company, on or before the last Monday in each and every year, to report
to the Chief the name, residence, occupation and place of occupation
of each person who is a member of his company in good standing at
that time and also to furnish the Chief at the same time with a correct
list of all members of his company regularly equipped, which list
the Chief shall file with the Township Clerk on or before the next
meeting of the Township Council.

On or before the last Monday in June and December
of each year, the Secretary of each company shall furnish the Chief
with the names of any and all members of his company who shall have
died, resigned or been expelled within the last preceding six months,
to the end that such names shall appear in the Chief's semiannual
report to the Township Council.
