There is hereby established in the Township of Lopatcong, County of Warren and State of New Jersey, a Junior Firemen's Auxiliary for the Lopatcong Township Volunteer Fire Department and of any other volunteer fire companies that may be hereafter duly established in said township.

A. 
No person shall be eligible for membership in the Junior Firemen's Auxiliary who is less than 16 or more than 21 years of age. Such persons shall be required to obtain permission to join the Auxiliary from their parents or guardian, and such members shall be insured with the same coverage and in the same amounts as provided for regular volunteer firemen of the municipality.

B. 
Any applicant shall be examined by a medical doctor approved by the township, and said medical doctor must certify to the township that such applicant is physically qualified to serve as a member of the Junior Firemen's Auxiliary of said township. The fees for such medical examinations shall be paid for, on duly executed vouchers, by the Township of Lopatcong.
Said junior firemen shall be trained for eventual membership in the Volunteer Fire Department of the municipality, but no junior fireman shall be required to perform duties which would expose him to the same degree of hazard as a regular member of the Lopatcong Township Volunteer Fire Department.
