Any person who violates this chapter shall be
subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment in the county
jail for a period not exceeding 90 days, or both, and shall, in addition
thereto, be subject to the temporary suspension or absolute forfeiture
of any license issued to such person under this chapter.
