Prior subdivisions composed of lots which are at least of the currently existing minimum lot size may be used for any purpose permitted in the zone in which they are located, provided that such subdivision plat was either granted final approval under the Municipal Planning Act prior to the effective date of this chapter or said subdivision was granted tentative approval pursuant to said Act within three years before the effective date of this chapter, and provided further that the final subdivision plat in either instance shall have been duly filed in the office of the County Clerk within the time prescribed by law.
Power to amend the regulations set forth in this chapter may, from time to time, be amended by the Township Council.

The construction detail drawings and miscellaneous modifications to standard construction details, including the deletion of vertical curbs and the addition of parking stall standards, shall be on file and available for inspection in the Mount Laurel Municipal Clerk's office.
