There shall be a seven-member Council on Aging appointed by
the Board of Selectmen on a rotating basis of two or three members
each year for three-year terms. Each year the Board of Selectmen shall
also appoint two associate members of the Council on Aging as non-voting
members for one-year terms. The Council shall coordinate or carry
out programs designed to meet the needs of the aging in accordance
with M.G.L. ch. 40, § 8B.
