§ 4-48 Appointment; duties.

There shall be a Forest Warden appointed by the Selectmen for a 3-year term. The Forest Warden's duties and authority shall include, but shall not be limited to, those specified in M.G.L. ch. 48, §§ 8-10, 15, 25, 43.
