There shall be an Emergency Management Team
which shall consist of a Director appointed by the Selectmen for a
3-year term and 1 or more Deputy Directors appointed by the Selectmen
for 3-year terms. The Team's duties and authority shall include, but
shall not be limited to, those specified in the Massachusetts Civil
Defense Act, Mass. Stat. 1950, ch. 639, §§ 11-18, 20,
as amended.
