A. 
This article shall be known as the "Long Point Park Activities Law."
B. 
The rules and regulations set forth herein shall apply to and be in effect for all persons and activities on the premises of Long Point Park in the Town of Geneseo.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
LONG POINT PARK
The grounds, beach, water, docks, buildings, roadways and parking areas situate within the Long Point Property of the Town of Geneseo.
PERSONS
Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation or association of persons; the singular number shall include the plural.

A. 
Docking restrictions. No person shall cause boats or other watercraft vessels to dock at docks owned by the Town of Geneseo at Long Point Park for more than one continuous hour. Any violation of this restriction shall be subject to a fine of up to $50.
B. 
Speed limit. No vehicles shall be operated within Long Point Park at a speed in excess of 10 miles per hour.
