Violation of this local law is declared to be a violation punishable
by a fine not exceeding $100 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 15
days, or both, for each violation.
In addition to the criminal sanctions provided or in lieu thereof, at
the discretion of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Chittenango, the
Village of Chittenango shall be entitled to commence proceedings at law or
equity to enjoin any party in violation of this local law from further violation
and to recover the cost incurred to correct or repair streets constructed
in violation of this local law.
