The Town Board of the Town of Fenton hereby confers the benefits of
§ 18 of the Public Officers Law upon officers and employees of the
Town of Fenton and agrees that the town will be held liable for the costs
incurred under the provisions of § 18 of the Public Officers Law.
The benefits provided by § 18 of the Public Officers Law to
employees of the Town of Fenton shall supplement and be available in addition
to defense or indemnification protection conferred by any other enactment.
