Article I Town Superintendent of Highways

[Adopted 9-8-1999 by L.L. No. 3-1999[1]]

§ 48-1 Length of term.

The term of office of the Town Superintendent of Highways shall be four years.

§ 48-2 Effective date.

This local law shall apply to the term of the Town Superintendent of Highways beginning January 1, 2001.

§ 48-3 Supersession of statute.

This local law supersedes § 24 of the New York Town Law.

Article II Town Clerk

§ 48-4 Length of term.

The term of office of the Town Clerk shall be four years.

§ 48-5 Effective date.

This local law shall apply to the term of the Town Clerk beginning January 1, 2001.

§ 48-6 Supersession of statute.

This local law supersedes § 24 of the New York Town Law.
