Pursuant to Article 13-E of the Public Health Law, the Town Board of
the Town of Fenton hereby declares the policy of the Town of Fenton with respect
to smoking to be as set forth below.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere within any public building or facility
owned by the Town of Fenton at all times without any exceptions whatsoever,
except within that area of the Town Hall at Port Crane leased to the Division
of State Police of the State of New York. The restriction against smoking
is intended to include, but not be limited to, all enclosed areas, including
private offices and shops not generally open to the public, but where employees
of the Town of Fenton are employed.
