Pursuant to the authority within Real Property
Tax Law § 512 (1-a), Town of Niles Local Law No. 2-1994
is hereby rescinded and superseded by this article.[1]

For 2009 and every year thereafter, assessment
grievance day in the Town of Niles shall be the first Thursday following
the fourth May Tuesday and so many days thereafter as the Board of
Assessment Review deems necessary.
