This article shall be known as the "Deputy Town Clerk Salary Law."
This article is enacted pursuant to Article 2 of the Municipal Home
Rule Law of the State of New York.
It is the purpose of this article to establish the Deputy Town Clerk's
salary.
The Deputy Town Clerk shall be paid at an hourly wage, said amount to
be set by the Town Board at its discretion, but in no event shall said amount
be less than the minimum hourly wage required by state and federal statutes.
