The Recreation Commission of the village be and it is hereby empowered
to promulgate and adopt rules and regulations and, from time to time, to amend
the same with respect to the care, maintenance and control of the public parks
and playgrounds owned or used by the village and of the use thereof and the
facilities therein by the public.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of the rules and regulations of the Recreation Commission shall be punishable as provided in § 1-17B of this Code.
A.
A copy of this chapter and of the rules and regulations
of the Recreation Commission of the village shall be posted conspicuously
in the public parks and playgrounds of the village to which such rules and
regulations apply.
B.
A copy of the rules and regulations of the Recreation
Commission shall be filed with the Village Clerk.
