[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Poquott 2-13-1931 as Ordinance 7 of the 1931 Village Ordinances, as amended 12-12-1973. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Applying to the Village of Poquott, in relation to hunting and shooting and providing penalties for the violation thereof.
No person shall be permitted to hunt within the territorial limits of the Village of Poquott at any time.
No person, except in the performance of official duties, shall discharge a firearm, air gun, spring gun or other instrument or weapon in or on Village property or in such a manner that a projectile enters or is likely to enter Village or public property or in such a manner that any projectile leaves the private property of the person causing such discharge.
Any person found guilty of a violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250, imprisonment for up to 15 days, or both, for each offense.
