Pursuant to the provisions of § 61.01 of the Arts and Cultural Affairs Law of the State of New York, permission is hereby granted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Valley Stream, Nassau County, New York, to exhibit motion pictures on the first day of the week within said Village, after 1:05 p.m.
No moving pictures shall be exhibited within the Village of Valley Stream, Nassau County, New York, at hours other than those hereby permitted on the first day of the week.

Any person or persons, firm, association or corporation violating the provisions of this article or any part thereof, shall be liable for and forfeit and pay a penalty or fine of not less than $250 nor more than $500. Any violation of this article or any part thereof shall constitute disorderly conduct, and any person violating the same shall be and is hereby declared a disorderly person.
