A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave standing any vehicle upon a street or public highway in the Village of Valley Stream for a period longer than four hours.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave standing any vehicle upon a street or public highway in the Village of Valley Stream between the hours of 3:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.
C. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave standing any vehicle upon a street or public highway in the Village of Valley Stream with an expired vehicle registration or vehicle inspection sticker.
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Valley Stream is hereby authorized and empowered to designate from time to time streets or portions of streets in said Village where the parking of any vehicle shall be prohibited, which said streets or portions of streets shall be designated by a proper sign or signs; whereupon it shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park or leave standing said vehicle in any such streets or portions of streets.
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Valley Stream is hereby authorized and empowered to designate from time to time streets or portions of streets in said Village where the parking of any vehicle shall be permitted only for a limited time less than four hours, which said streets or portions of streets and which limited time shall be designated by a proper sign or signs; whereupon, it shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park or leave standing said vehicle in such streets or portions of streets except during such limited time.
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Valley Stream is hereby authorized and empowered to designate from time to time one-way streets upon which traffic shall be prohibited to drive a motor vehicle upon such streets in the direction opposite to that designated.
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Valley Stream is hereby authorized and empowered to designate from time to time streets from which heavy trucks shall be excluded, which said streets shall be conspicuously designated by a proper sign or signs; whereupon it shall be unlawful for any person to operate a heavy truck upon or along said street or streets.
A. 
The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Valley Stream is hereby authorized and empowered to designate from time to time safety zones, taxicab stands, bus stops and handicap parking spaces in the public highways or streets of the Village of Valley Stream, in addition to those otherwise provided for, and to limit or prohibit parking in such zones, spaces and stands, which said streets or highways or portions of streets or highways shall be designated by a proper sign or signs, and a violation of any such regulation so marked and indicated by suitable sign or signs shall constitute a violation of this article.
B. 
Except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or when in compliance with law or other directions of a police officer or official traffic control device, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle:
(1) 
On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped, standing or parked at the edge or curb of a street.
(2) 
On a crosswalk.
(3) 
Alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction when stopping, standing or parking would obstruct traffic.
A. 
No automobile or other motor vehicle shall be parked or permitted to stand in any lane or driveway in any parking field maintained by the Village of Valley Stream.
B. 
The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Valley Stream is hereby authorized and empowered to designate the method or spaces for the parking of automobiles or other motor vehicles in any parking fields maintained by the Village of Valley Stream, and the method or spaces shall be designated by markings or proper sign or signs, and a violation of any such regulation so marked or indicated by suitable sign or signs shall constitute a violation of this provision.

A. 
Any person violating any provisions of § 93-27A, 93-27B, 93-28, 93-29, 93-30, 93-31, 93-32B(2), or 93-33 shall be liable for a fine not to exceed $45, excluding late penalties as provided in § 93-78.

B. 
Any person violating the provisions of § 93-32A shall be liable for a fine not to exceed $45, excluding late penalties as provided in § 93-78, except that any person violating the provisions of:

(1) 
Section 93-32A, with respect to handicap parking, shall be liable for a fine not to exceed $250, excluding late penalties as provided in § 93-78;
(2) 
Section 93-32A, with respect to double parking, fire zone and fire hydrant, shall be liable for a fine not to exceed $100, excluding late penalties as provided in § 93-78.
C. 
Any person violating the provisions of § 93-27C shall be liable for a fine not to exceed $35, excluding late penalties as provided in § 93-78, except that any person violating the provisions of § 93-27C with an expired vehicle registration or vehicle inspection sticker that expired more than 60 days prior to the issuance of the summons shall be liable for a fine not to exceed $50 excluding late penalties as provided in § 93-78.
D. 
Any person violating the provisions of § 93-32B(1) shall be liable for a fine not to exceed $100, excluding late penalties as provided in § 93-78.
