From and after the effective date of this chapter, the Borough of Leetsdale
will cease to exercise any of its local public health functions, and the administration
to carry out said public health functions within said Borough is hereby abolished.
From and after the effective date of this chapter, the Borough of Leetsdale
shall be and it is hereby declared that it is henceforth subject to the jurisdiction
of the County Department of Health of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, with
all the rights, benefits, privileges and increments pertaining to the promotion
and protection of the public health of the citizens of the Borough of Leetsdale
and all subject matter related thereto.
