It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to, at any time, stand or loiter upon any of the public streets, corners of streets, sidewalks, alleys, parks or other public properties within the Borough of Leetsdale to the actual or potential annoyance and inconvenience of persons passing by or along said areas.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drink any intoxicating liquor or any malt or brewed beverage or any other intoxicant upon any street, sidewalk, alley, park or public ground, public place or vacant lot in the Borough of Leetsdale.
Any person or persons found violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof before a District Magistrate, pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $300 and costs for each and every violation or, in default of payment thereof, shall be subject to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days.
