Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 200 of
the laws of 1971 (N.J.S.A:9-1 et seq.) the office of Borough Tax Collector
is hereby established.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-141 and 40A:9-142,
the Borough Tax Collector shall hold office for a term of four years
from the first day of January next following appointment.
The Borough Tax Collector shall be charged with
the duty of collecting taxes in the Borough of North Arlington, which
duties shall include the office of Borough Treasurer.
The Salary of Borough Tax Collector shall be
fixed by the Annual Salary Ordinance of the Borough of North Arlington.
