For the services hereinafter mentioned, the Health Officer shall be entitled to demand and receive the following fees:
For certifying any public record such as an ordinance, resolution, minutes and other public documents, $1 for each certification.
For furnishing any copy, by photostating or otherwise, of any public record, $0.50 for the first page or side and $0.25 for any additional page or side.
For furnishing any ordinance in booklet form or any other code, the amount to be charged for such ordinance in booklet form shall be the amount printed on such booklet or such amount adopted by resolution of the Board of Health.
For furnishing any copy of any ordinance, resolution, minutes or other public document by mail, the cost shall be an additional $3 to the charges outlined above.
The viewing or reviewing of reports shall be permitted and conducted at the Health Center, 10 Beaver Avenue, North Arlington, daily, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Nothing herein shall be construed as requiring the above-named officers to certify or issue any copy of any record unless the same are public records.
All sums collected shall be considered the funds of the Board of Health of the Borough of North Arlington and shall be paid by the respective officers to the Treasurer of the Borough of North Arlington to the Health Department budget account.
