Borough of North Arlington, NJ Article III Court Appearance and Overtime Pay

§ 54-18 Court appearances.

Payments shall be in accord with the current agreement with Police Union Local 95 or as provided in the Annual Salary Ordinance.

§ 54-19 Overtime.

Payments shall be in accord with the current agreement with Police Union Local 95 or as provided in the Annual Salary Ordinance.

§ 54-20 Provisions to be retroactive.

Payments shall be in accord with the current agreement with Police Union Local 95 or as provided in the Annual Salary Ordinance.
